All of our items are hand-made, hand-burnt, and shipped by us out of Arlington, TEXAS!
The best part about our items being hand-made is that each is unique! We search for wood with a character that will POP once we torch the grain and knots.
No two items are identical!
Every one of our items comes with hanging hardware preinstalled at no extra charge, and we offer our Large flags with a Gloss Finish.

All of our items are made to order and we aim to ship out your item within 1-2 weeks. Based on pricing, we can ship via FedEx Ground, UPS, or USPS, so the expected delivery is 1-10 days after the item leaves our hands.

All items over $100.00 will require a 50% deposit.
Returns are not accepted. In the event of damage during shipment, we will gladly carry out necessary repairs. However, once an item has been personalized specifically for you, it cannot be returned.
Please anticipate a slight delay in the delivery of all flags, as they typically require around 10 days to be crafted from beginning to end. For other items, the manufacturing duration may vary. Some products can be produced within a few days, while others might take a few weeks. Rest assured, we will keep you informed about the manufacturing progress and provide updates accordingly.
Items can be paid for using Zettle, PayPal, Venmo, or Credit Card. An initial estimate for your items will be sent to you via email before the manufacturing process begins. Your approval of the estimate is required before manufacturing can start. Throughout the manufacturing process, I will provide you with photos of your item. Once your item is finished, you will be notified via email, and you will receive the final invoice, which includes freight charges and a photo of your completed item.
